1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tantra Atlas, a private MMORPG server operated by Ensemble Solutions, Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, or game client (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Responsibilities

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in permanent account suspension:

• ▸Using third-party software, bots, hacks, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• ▸Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players in any form.
• ▸Engaging in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, currency, or accounts.
• ▸Exploiting bugs or glitches without reporting them to the development team.
• ▸Impersonating Game Masters (GMs), administrators, or other players.
• ▸Distributing malware, phishing links, or engaging in any activity that compromises server or player security.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, databases, and software, is the property of Ensemble Solutions, Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. Game balance adjustments, patch updates, and rule changes may occur at any time at the discretion of the administration team.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ensemble Solutions, Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
